Representative Davidson moved and asked unanimous consent that the             
following be waived from the House Special Committee on Oil and                
Gas:                                                                           
                                                                               
2d SPONSOR SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 10                                   
"An Act making appropriations for restoration projects relating to            
the Exxon Valdez oil spill; and providing for an effective date."
